Oatmeal Glycerite (from Oat Milk)

Anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, and moisturizing characteristics. Can soothe, smooth, and nourish skin and hair/fur. While oat is recommended for all skin types, it is especially good for sensitive and dry/flaky skin. Oat is also recommended for dry or damaged hair as it helps to provide moisture and improves conditioning of hair/fur. The oat milk extract is then mixed with vegetable (corn) glycerite instead of alcohol to keep it stable.
Oatmeal from Colloidal Oatmeal

Image
Oatmeal that has been ground into a fine powder and mixed with a liquid.

There are organic options for colloidal oatmeal but they are very rare and involve using a patent-pending extrusion process, which solubilizes the oat kernels to produce a natural or organic oatmeal without the need to process the oats extensively. Because this processing is more expensive, it is rarely used. We have it a "pretty safe" rating because of the differences in processing.
